It's crudely engraved, I would guess it could be Shah Jahan III under the Bhonsla Rajas, this doesn't explain **27 though

Considering he only reigned one year there are lots of princely state copper coins bearing his name, Bhaunagar for e.g.

The problem is the **27, it can't be Shah Jahan 1037- 1068 and it can't be the regnal number either
Jahangir? problem there is the H of Shah is clearly visible,
What appears as a 3 is part of Falus (S) but your 27 doesn't look like parts of words
