Add rulers and ruling authorities for occupation issues in India

It seems there are two final ruling authorities needed for the occupations in India.

add the following ruler Ahmad Shah (1747-1772) to kingdom of Rohilkhand and princely state of Kutch

also edit these to reflect this:

>1 Rupee - Ahmad Shah (occupation of Bareli)

>1 Rupee - Ahmad Shah (Anwala) 

>1 Mohur - Ahmad Shah (Ahmadnagar-Farrukhabad)

>½ Rupee - Rao Lakhpatji (In the name of Ahmad Shah Durrani)
