Can we add the French Republic as a period for Notes from Côte d'Ivoire? The notes were printed during French colonial rule, similar to Senegal

Hello! Earlier this week I raised this issue with the other administrators.

 

We are just checking what would be the best way to adjust things. Note that for Guinea, a similar issue has French West Africa as the issuer (French colonial period). For Senegal, I believe it should follow the same pattern.
