Token identification please

Does anyone know this token? Any help will be appreciated.

The double headed eagle is reminiscent of Albania, but it can be found in many Eastern European countries, and the "it" side is reminiscent of that French token

Very interesting. Thank you.  I initially thought it was from Incredible Technologies who manufactures casino machines. Their logo below.

It is however too different. As per your comments, I will try and use the double eagle as part of my hunt.

It was a good idea but Incredible Technologies is too recent and its former logo was different
