I did a swap with someone in France almost 90 days ago. I shipped from Germany, but was receiving my package in the US. They shipped two weeks before I could. I shipped with tracking, they did not. Tracking has confirmed they have received the package. They have stopped communication. My assumption is they never shipped. They have not given me a rating.
If I give them a bad rating, my assumption is they will just lie and do the same to me. Don't want to sound so jaded, but it does appear that I have been scammed.
What are the proper next steps? Thanks for any help in advance.
