Pre-payment of tariffs when shipping to USA

To my American collectors,

Due to the requirement for ME to pre-pay tariffs on any mailings to addresses in the USA, I will not be trading with residents of the USA, for as long as this policy is in effect.

I am, however, open to any work-around any may suggest that results in me not paying the tariff.

     Regrets.

FYI, if you ship coins by regular mail in letter envelopes or in large flat document envelopes, you won't have to pay or declare anything.

My post office immediately recognizes when I mail coins.  Regardless of whether it is an envelope or package.  One or two coins may be able to slip through, but definitely not a half dozen toonies…

And never go to the post office:), just put stamps and drop them off in the post collection box.

I do the same (just dropped off one this morning).  And I continue to swap with the USA, for smaller number of coins (i.e. up to 8 or so depending on size/weight) and had no issues so far.  Just put the correct amount in stamps on a regular letter envelope and drop it off at the mailbox within the post office. Not a glitch so far.
