200 Indian Ruppees- common print error?

I have these two 200 Indian Rupees banknotes and it seems the security strip on one of them is in the wrong place. You can see it is slightly further to the right, appearing just under the letter “R” in “RESERVE”. Is this a common error?

Security strips are not always in the exact same place.
