If the only differences are the overprints, then merge is indeed reasonable. But maybe there are other reason for the separate pages, but then they need to be added to the comments.
If it comes to a merge, first a new yearline should be created for “II auflage” version and the pictures should be added to examples.

II Auflage already exists as a separate entry from the initial issue. The note I highlighted is a duplicate of the II Auflage. I'd like to see a merger but that's not what I'm requesting here.
