RSFSR Issuing Entities & Signatures [resuelto]

Hello,

Back in March of this year, I said I was going to work on setting up a list of issuing entities and signatures for the newly created RSFSR section of the catalog. After a rather long wait, which I do apologize for, I have finally compiled that list to the best of my abilities.

First, here is a list of the issuers (in bold needs to be created):

• State Treasury of the Russian Empire (1821-1917)

Name: State Treasury of the Russian Empire

Date range: 14.02.1821-1917

Place: Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic

• People's Bank of the RSFSR (1917-1920) (already exists)

Name: People's Bank of the RSFSR

Date range: 1917-01.1920

Place: Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic

• Budget and Settlement Department of the People's Commissariat of Finance of the RSFSR (1917-1923)

Name: Budget and Settlement Department of the People's Commissariat of Finance of the RSFSR

Date range: 08.11.1917-1923

Place: Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic

• People's Commissariat of Finance of the RSFSR (1917-1923)

Name: People's Commissariat of Finance of the RSFSR

Date range: 08.11.1917-1923

Place: Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic

• People's Commissariat of Communication Routes of the RSFSR (1917-1923)

Please note that this includes signatures from the Russian Empire, the RSFSR, and the USSR.

I've added the listed issuing entities to the requested issuer. I kindly ask you to register at least one banknote in each of the new issuing entities so that they appear on the issuer's main page (Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic). Also, please verify that everything is correct with the registered information.

If everything is okay, let's move on to the next step – which is adding the signatures. Each issuing entity has an associated number, and I will help you with the adjustments to the spreadsheet. For now, when you manage to complete the first registrations, let me know so we can finish this first part. =)

Okay, Daniel!

Assuming everything is in order with the issuing entities, I'm going to ask you to kindly request the signatures in the specific forum for signatures.

To help us with the inclusion, try creating a spreadsheet for each issuing entity and a folder with the signature files for each one as well. This will help us avoid small errors and speed up the work. =)

First, the State Bank of the RSFSR was created twice. I selected the first one for all the notes under this issuing entity, so you shouldn't have to move any notes.

Second, the People's Commissariat of Finance of the USSR actually needs to be under the USSR, not the RSFSR; this was my error.

Everything else seems to be in order in regards to the issuing entities themselves. I'll get to work on creating the spreadsheets over this week; I already separated the signatures into folders of their respective issuing entities.

I removed the duplicate State Bank of the RSFSR and added the entity People's Commissariat of Finance of the USSR to the USSR.

See if everything is ok. =)
