Hello everyone,
I have a (German) 10 Pfennig coin from 1991, mint F. On the value side you can see a double embossing in the inner area. Parts of the image side “FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY” (in german) and the oak sprout can be seen. The coin is magnetic.

How should this be assessed? Is it a fake or could it be a misprint? How do you determine the value if it is a misprint?
