Add signatures to DR Congo [resuelto]

I have was looking at the signatures for Congo, DR. The first notes are missing a signature or two.

Here I have tried to gather them.

Note the Mbamu signature appear twice, since the signatures are slightly different. I'll let it be up to the judgment of the person adding the signatures to the database, if they should be added as one or two signatures.
