10 Roubles 1997 WITH blie microprint.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to show this specimen. The comment section noted that this DATE ( 1997 ) does NOT have blue microprint . However my observation seems to show that this specimen HAVE those blue microprint. please make a check on this matter.

I believe that's the 2004 version (hard to read so could be 2001).  The correct page is N#202130 It says that on the picture you posted.
