Sure we can post coins to anywhere through indian post.
But here, i am from southern part of india, kerala, my post office always insist on opening the parcel to see the contents. , so the last minute packing doesn't come out pretty.
initially, coins could be sent by registered letter.but now its not possible to send it like that. coins can only be sent frome here as insured parcels. because of that, the shipping cost is very high.
Next nuisance is the customs. to send coins abroad, a numismatic club membership card/ letter must be included with the parcel. (thats my case only) and when we receive the swap coins from abroad, they will charge huge customs duty to release the parcel.
