I have a question regarding the 100 Dollars Cayman Islands 

In Numista catalog is a description of a

100 Dollars Cayman Islands 2018 with signatures of RT and CS with Prefix D/1 

Does this note really exist, I have never seen this before

Maybe someone have a pictures.

Those examples all show D2 prefixes, but I also found a D1

This must be a rare note or is this 100 Dollars 2018 D/1 still in circulation ?

from which serial number with prefix D/1 did this banknote start with the signatures of Scotland and Taggart ?
