Unknown Islamic States [Silver] #4

Hello all,

I have here what I believe to be a coin from the Islamic States and I am hopeful that this will be identifiable. 

Here are the specs:

- Silver composition Confirmed

- Maybe a jital by the designs on the reverse?

- 14mm in diameter

- 1mm in thickness

- 1.16g 

Simmilar to the old coins from Morocco
