I have this banknote with overstamp on Hungarian side, and while it isn't uncommon to see stamps on Austro-Hungarian banknotes, I can't find one that matches with mine .

I can't read the whole stamp lettering from the photo, but there seems to be a word vármegy (county in Hungarian). So if you can figure out which county the stamp refers to, you can start there.
You can also have a look at this page, it lists some stamps on Hungarian korona banknotes.
I also tried to read what it says, and I could make out “• TOROMTAL VÁRMEGYE • *******SZ**”, however, I'm not sure if all letters are correct, some I couldnt read at all so I just marked them with “*”. Also there are more letters but the ink is too faint to recognize them.

It probably says “TORONTÁL VÁRMEGYE” , especially as I live in szerem, neighboring county.
However ,I can't find banknote with this stamp in the catalog, so should I just count it as normal unstamped 2 krone bankote? N#206757

It's possible that the stamp is just not in the catalogue. Unfortunately, there are also a lot of genuine banknotes from this period which have been stamped by custom-made stamps (non-existent in 1910s and 1920s) to fool the collectors. In the latter case, it would lower the potential value of your banknote. You can keep asking on various forums and even if the stamp is a counterfeit, it's probable that someone else has already come across it. You will then know for sure what it is at least. I guess there should also be a list of possible counterfeits for these banknotes somewhere on the web.
Edit: after googling “Torontál vármegye bélyegző,” there are at least two webpages which sell another banknote denomination with the same (or very similar) stamp.

Okay, unfortunately the stamp is most probably fake, because I bought this banknote for 10 RSD (around 0,1 €), but at least it is not a significant loss.
