It looks like a Lead Seal
I think I read: HERIACA ALSTRV ?IN VENE??
In the middle I am not sure if its a face, or a heraldic sign like a horse or a griffin.
I think I see horse legs, but I am not sure
On the back is nothing
Weight is around 7,5g
Size is around 23mm
I dont think its a roman coin. I think its a Lead Seal for sealing goods, documents or certificates. Maybe a venzian one.
I am happy for any ideas.
