Switzerland 1939/1817 Medallion?

I purchased a bucket of coins from a flea market and this piece was included, although I don't know much about it. There is a loop on top which makes it seem like it is a souvenir and not a coin replica. I found something similar on here, but there is no loop on top. Does anyone have any information on it and have an idea on potential value? Thanks!

I suppose it is possible! It is not possible to ask the seller anymore and I'm not sure how to verify it for myself. When I zoom in it does kind of look homemade in a way. I assume that it would affect the value if so.
