identify old india coins

first one Copper, 18-19 mm, 5 

second one Copper 15-16 mm 3gr

First one is Kashmir Sultanate

Second is sinhalese states, might be Chola dynasty but looks a bit odd, interesting piece

I do agree the first one is Kashmire, but the second one is not singalese, I made new pictures which might be better. On one side is clear a battle axe visible
