Or is it the decision of that orange guy in the cap from that monochrome house in DC. That he opened the state reserves and trucks are bringing it to people, and they're going to shovel it all the way to their doors? And they're going to bring in banknotes too?

An incident like this seems to happen once or twice per decade.

Anyway, it happened.  No doubt this was a random accident, not from malice or incompetence in particular.

I doubt this will have any impact to the availability of 2025 dimes, which will likely be minted in the billions as usual.  What is a mere 8 million out of 2 billion?
