From the image it appears you have the Nickel version of this. 20 mm which is MTUS2 - MR100b and valued in that book at $10.00

Number 5 is not on Numista. It is in Fuld Dies 30785/30790 - NY 695 A. Comes in different metals. Copper is common and the other metals (Brass, Silver, White Metal) are rare according to the reference. No values given.
