I saw I requested a few signatures wrong. They should be also be under the Central Bank of Vanuatu. Right now all of them are under the Reserve Bank of Vanuatu.

 

And John A. Howard can be removed entirely, from the Reserve Bank, since he only figures under the Central Bank.
