Missing Elongated Penny

This photo was not taken by me, it is of a different individual penny of the same type. I have one of these and I am politely reqesting that this is added to the catologue.

I would, if I knew the details. 

I suggest you add what you know now with your pictures and edit it later when you know more or wait for others to edit it after you create it.
