Addition of NATO as a new issuer of exonumia [resuelto]

I believe that NATO should be added in the list of the issuers for military medals. As a matter of facts the North Atlantic Treaty Organization issued different medals for missions in Jugoslavia, Kosovo and Macedonia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NATO_Medal

It is added. Database is not optimally suited for international organizations.

I added Belgium as “country where it operates” which means that it is attacheable to medals within Belgium issuer as the medal was made in Belgium. Not great, not terrible.
