Requesting the addition of KMPS3 / KMPS6 / KMPLS1 through to KMPLS10 / KMPS12 through to KMPS66 / KMMS1 through to KMMS69.

Covers most New Zealand year issued sets, proof and uncirculated sets

We don't list sets and where did those numbers came from?

These are Krause numbers for New Zealand proof and uncirculated sets.

Why are you not listing sets?

The coins in these sets are mostly only available in the set. Not as individual pieces.

Most of my collection, and I would say quite a few others would have at least half of their collections as sets, especially if you're interested in collecting central bank currency year by year.

Here you go.  https://en.numista.com/forum/topic108347.html

As you can see sets have been officially accepted as an addition to Numista.  It might take a few years but when it happens you will be able to add the SCWC set numbers to the page the sets are on whatever that looks like. Until then, there is nowhere to add those numbers except on some year line comments which will only muck up the new sets catalog.

Why is this now been rejected?

Most of the more recent Central Bank Collector issues are sets, either year sets, or theme sets, first issued in NZ in 1935, and every year since 1967. Proof sets and uncirculated sets.

Most of the sets, and ALL of the Proof sets only contain coins that are issued ONLY in that set, they are not available as separate items.

Your database needs to be updated to include these items.

You should include everything that was previously listed in Krause Catalogues, and all the updates from Greysheet.

This would make your platform more useful for those who are new to Numismatics, and be fully informative for all users, a lot of people just collect year sets.

How are they to find relevant resources, information on their collection?

No good looking at individual values, as that is not relevant to set values.

Bring it into the 21st Century.

It will be a lot of work, but it will keep your platform relevant and informative.

I have already advised on several items missing or required updates to your catalogue .

Keep updating to make it more user friendly and relevant.

You requested a modification of a series in your post. What you are asking for has nothing to do with modifying a series. The rejection was strictly procedural. The forum to request sets be added to Numista is the Numista website forum. As I've already told you that request has been approved. Major changes take time. Be patient.

Apologies.

I have misunderstood it.

Great that these will be added to the Catalogue.

Thanks for clarifying.
