New issuer: Yichun County Soviet [resuelto]

Hello!

We are in need of one addition issuer under Soviet China, which had one banknote. :)

I found one more that needs to be added, which is the “Northeast Kiangsi Soviet”. In the summary of those .pdfs, it erroneously labelled it as “Northwest” (corresponding to a different Soviet), but all throughout the .pdf, it is only refered to as “Northeast”. The banknotes also specify Northeast, and Pick agrees with that.

I added both of these on this sheet, highlighted in Green:)

** EDIT: I did find this one under an alternate name, but I added “Northeast Kiangsi Soviet” as an alternate name to search on the above sheet.
