I have asked/suggested how to add issuing entities to Brunei, and seperatly, here are the signatures, as seen on Moneypedia, hope it's helpfull :D

Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin III for the 1967 issue.

 

Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah for the notes from 1972 onwards.
