Lost an Issuer

How do I tell which issuer was the one I lost? I haven't removed a coin but noticed I lost a bronze coin to my tally and an issuer (99 instead of 100). Not sure if both are related.

Would be nice to hide the name translations, or an option to hide them, I use this page often but is not much intuitive
