Both of the coins are missing a mintage for the coincards - they only include the circulation and proof mintage.

Different packaging is not being added as new yearlines. If the this 4000 mintage needs to be added to one the lines we have, you can adjust that on the modification page for the coin.

On the packaging is info that this is BU finish so possibly new yearline needed, but i'm not euro specialist.

It needs to be added. Even previous commemorative coins from previous years had a “BU” yearline. This is not just for Slovakia, but most euro coins have 3 types:

1. circulation

2. BU

3. proof

I don't know why this got rejected and I can't add a new yearline because it was verified…

I sent requests to the referee.

The modification was completed, but the referee mistakenly wrote 2003 instead of 2023 for the Express mail coin for the coincard.
