I was wondering if it's possible to have a note or coin in more than  one category.  For instance, you could have notes from Europe but also have the same note within that category in a monarch/ animal/or something else that you might be interested in category? It's a good idea I think to allow this to work. If you'r  a collector it's nice to put different items together and assess them that way. What do you think Numista?? Thanks Bren

Are you referring to Collections?

I think collections mirror physical ones and you can't have the same object at two places at once (outside of quantum theory maybe).
You can filter by using tags and ‘in your collection’ filters if its a category outside of Numista's tags you can add on as a personal comments then filter accordingly HERE.

Yes I did mean collections. I know physically it's Impossible to be in two places at once. But it's a cross reference I am looking for I suppose.😅

I agree that is woukd be nice to add the same coin in more than one collections. E.g. I have collections like, Silver, and WWII. So a silver coins from WWII would fit in both of these collections, but I can only choose one.

Yes that's what I mean. I could have Queen Elizabeth coins as a collection from all the commonwealth but also have them in their countries/continents!
