Hello,
I'm new here so I appreciate your patience with me. I am new to coins as well. Just inherited a bunch of coins in a jar that my Father was hiding I am pretty sure that this is the same coin that is listed in the Catalog but there does not seem to be an option to add the year 1919 as my coin seems to be. It could be that I am missing something? I have included a couple of images that I scanned of my coin. Thank you very much for your help. My email address is rmdean@shaw.ca
Hello there, I own a 1 Franc - Léopold III BELGIQUE-BELGIE year 1944 but it's not in the catalog. I did some research on it and found it's KM# 128 and 24,190 were minted. It's made from zinc, measures: 21.8mm in diameter, edge: reeded and this coin was minted during the World War 2 German Occupation of Belgium. The Kingdom of Belgium was ruled by King Leopold III from 1934-1950. How can it be added to the catalog?
My grandfather stated me off on coin collecting when i was 6 years old, he gave me a loony (canadian 1 dollar coin) i thought it was real gold.
