Add reason to the “Register a new example” page

The “Modify an example” page has fields about the example and these at the bottom:

• Comment: comments about the example,
• Why should this example be modified?: reason for the modification;

and the “Delete an example” page has only one field,

• Why should this example be deleted?, to enter the reason for the deletion.

The “Register a new example” page has a “Comment” field at the bottom, but no field to enter the reason.

A few days ago I requested to register a new example to N#16986 and I wrote the reason in the “Comment” field. Today my example was accepted and I saw my reason published! (of course, I sent another request to delete the reason).

Can a field be added where write the reason when registering a new example?

You don't need a reason to enter an example.

Also if weight and diameter are the same as the page you can still add that information regardless

True, but it confused to me. 😯Maybe can be added a note like “Comments to publish about the example”.
