Can this medal be identified ?

Imo it is homemade or maybe socalled 'trench-art'.

I think it is home made to commemorate a birthday or anniversary. The ribbon certainly looks home made.

The S & B could be the initials of an individual or a couple.

I wouldn't say trench art as the dates don't correspond to a war. But it is an interesting thing and very well made.
