Issuing Entities for French Equatorial Africa banknotes [resuelto]

I request the inclusion of four Issuing Entitiess for French Equatorial African banknotes.

Caisse Centrale de la France Libre (Central Fund of Free France), which was responsible for emissions in 1941 (P#10 to P#14A);

Caisse Centrale de la France d'Outre-Mer (Central Fund of Overseas France), which was responsible for emissions between 1944 and 1952. (P#15 to P#27).

Institut d'Emission de l'Afrique Equatoriale Française et du Cameroun (Emission Institute of French Equatorial Africa and Cameroon), which was responsible for emissions in 1941 (P#28 to P#34);
