Hello, I recently inherited a lot of coins from my grandfather, and there are some that I haven't been able to recognize or confirm. I've added scans of each coin and offered what little information I have. Keep in mind, the coins might not be placed in their correct obverse/reverse sidings.

1-3: Cash coins, from China I think.

4-6: More cash coins, not sure where from

7-8: More cash coins... 7 looks like it has bad PVC damage, but I haven't been able to get it off.

9: Tetradrachm from the Kushan Empire, 80-105 CE
10: Silver Billon Jital from the Delhi Sultanate, Khilji Dynasty, 1296-1316 CE (I currently have it catalogued as https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces21334.html)
11: 1 Punchshi from Kashmir, 1483-1520

12: ?
13: Palemberg Tin Pitis? Hyderabad 2 Pai?
14: Hyderabad, 1 Anna, year unknown

15: Hyderabad, 1 or 2 Pai, year unknown
16: Hyderabad, anywhere between 2 Anna to 1 Rupee, but I can't match up the calligraphy in the center of the reverse to anything
17: Hyderabad, 1 or 2 Pai, year unknown

18: "India Chola Massa," currently catalogued as https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces17657.html
19: 1 Sho from Tibet, year unknown
20: "1 Pice" from Bahawalpur, year unknown. Currently catalogued as https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces13846.html

21: "GEORGIVS V DEI GRA REX ET IND IMP" "25" very worn down.
22: "GEORGE V MARY" also very worn down
23: ?

24: Very dark, thick, worn down coin. Only thing I can make out on it is a bust facing left and maybe the word "CENTIMES" on the back.
25: The word "COPY," a horse-drawn carriage, a face with hooves? some kind of lettering above the face
26: Lettering hard to read, even with a loupe. My best guess: "CAROL I REGE AL ROMANIL" "BANI"

Thank you in advance for any help I can get with this!
21 is a silver Canadian Quarter.
25 is fake and so are some of the cash coins.
2 and 3 are fake cash coins.

23 is from Baroda (India Princely States).

14 is year 1358.

I believe number 22 is a british medal
Unraveling the mystery 1 coin at a time.
Thanks, everyone! I really appreciate your help, especially the links to the coin pages.

Kenny, 23 looks like this one https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces27565.html, but I can't tell what year it is. I could try to get a better scan of it if it would help.

The real question is, what variety is it?

My friend Joseph might be able to help you.

The date is not clear from the image -  could be 1947 One Pai

OR - this one is more likely...
1950 One Pai

Joseph, here's the full resolution of the previous scan of coin 23 (for the others I had to diminish the quality slightly to fit within the 2MB limit):

And here they are digitally enhanced:

I hope that helps, I might be able to get a better scan of it if necessary.
१९४७ = 1947
१९५० = 1950

I think the date on the rev (side with the wreath) is a 1950 (१९५०) - I'm almost certain that's what it is :D  -  you could probably tell better with the coin in hand

Joseph, it is indeed 1950. Thank you! :) Is there some resource for easily finding the symbols used for each kind of number system, and what they look like for each year? I notice that they are included on some coin pages on Numista but not on others (such as the page this coin is on, which only has the symbols for the example coin).

It looks like there are some Numisdocs about how to read dates from specific countries, but I think a simple page of what each year looks like in each of the different number systems would be very helpful.

...It looks like there are still a lot of coins left unknown at this point, but I'm happy that it seems like nobody's sick of the thread yet :P  Here's a list of what's been claimed for easy reference (mainly for me):

Wow! Thanks! :D
I have the exact same coin you have #1.  Have you been able to identify it?  I posted this last week and did not get any replies other then from China.

Thanks.

No, the only thing I've heard (or, haven't heard) about it is that nobody has said it's fake like some of the other ones...
