Some one has listed this note on eBay for US$1195. This one is graded. No buyer yet. Your condition is better.

An unissued remainder note. As your note, the one on ebay, and the one pictured above all have similar staining, it indicates that they all came from a single batch of notes, so likely to be somewhat scarce.

SCWPM specialised catalogue 11th ed. values them at 450 in fine and 1350 in XF. 

I disagree with the Net grade on the ebay note – it has quite bad surface damage from exposure to moisture.
The ebay note is well overpriced.
Note: the ebay note is interesting in that it has been graded twice.
