Interesting engraving from book (?) [resuelto]

I got this from my grandfather a few months ago.

I assume it is from a book and i have searched high and low but i couldn't find something similar.

Anyone some idea where this interesting is from?

Found this, a Latin-German dictionary/language book. Same motive, just not colour, but I suppose that'd be a question of edition?
