Obverse looks like Alexander or Zeus facing right circled by a beaded circle. Reverse looks to be a galley prow like some in the database. Prow facing left. Has some Greek lettering below. Looks bronze or copper. 6.8g 2mm x 22mm

Maybe on reverse is a Kithara,type of lyra

Quite possible. My best guess with it worn as it is was possibly the galley prow. Hard to identify under a magnifier.
