Why are some of this split between banknotes and exonumia again? Can somebody decide where they belong?

Should be under ‘Banknotes’.

Should be under ‘Banknotes’.

Do you have a reason for this? I've always wondered if North Koreans were expected to check the back of every note to see if it was one they were allowed to use. However, in that country, anything is possible.
North Korea's foreign exchange certificates have been authorised by the North Korean state itself as well as the North Korean central bank.

We had talked about this before and for a while, the FECs were in exonumia. Now they are split again. Is very confusing when you don't know why your collection numbers change from time to time without any modification made by yourself.
Is this going to be fixed soon?
Foreign exchange certificates should be under ‘Banknotes’, not ‘Exonumia’ - as they were authorised by the central banks & the governments of those countries that had them.

Admins have nothing to do here, you can make requests autonomously, then they will be processed by the referee
This is now solved.
