Obviously minted in China in honour of Sino-US Diplomatic Relations, I'm more interested in learning about which mint made it, mintage, rarity, any other information historical or otherwise besides metrics. Thank you!

Made by a company called GEM AND ARTS LIMITED, mintage of 5000. Came in a red box with matching certificate.
