Dutch 1985 5c coin struck on wrong planchet - known?

I have a question about this coin: N#732

My specimen though must have been made on a wrong planchet as this is my measures:

Diameter: 20.23mm - should be 21mm

Thickness: 0.73mm - should be 1.45mm

Weight 1.74g - should be 3.5g

I also think the coin is 90 degrees rotated. When flipping the coin holding the 5 CT in normal position, the text on the other side is also normal, but with the silhouette of the queen hanging downwards below the text - seems funny and don't match any image I find online.

Is this error common - and could it have a value?

Or is it a token perhaps?

Had the coin been valuable, i'd agree. 

Surely nobody would want to try to make a terribly bad fake in order to get 5c richer…

Maybe from a mini coin set like this:

Orientation is correct, not medal or coin but halfway between.

Or maybe wrong planchet error.  The edge/rim don't seem well formed.  Question is finding a planchet that size that could have been used in the mint in 1985 by mistake.

Hm, Utrect mint didn't produce other coins of that weight, so I'm thinking this must be an error done in the production of the planchets, where a rogue planchet got mixed in a batch. If pressed from too thin a plate, the diameter would be correct, but it isn't.

Don't know where Utrect mint source their planchets.

Oops, yes I know how to spell Utrecht.

But I really struggle with missing characters when writing on the tablet screen. 

Funny that I managed it twice too.
