Hi everyone,
I've found this coin in the old house of my wife's grandfather. I assume it's a religious medal of some type, as on the obverse there is Christ's nomen sacrum, IHS, with a cross and three nails. On the reverse, there is a Marian Cross.

Weight: 4.2 g
Composition: Unknown
I don't know how old it is, but I think it can be from mid of XXth century or even more recent (but I could be wrong).
Anyone could help me understand how old is this item and where it comes from?
