So I picked this guy out of a friend's jar of coins. I had (and still have) a good feeling it was silver so I took it for further research. Unfortunately for me, this token does not have a date or denomination. The reverse features the Second Vatican Council which lasted from 1962 to 1965. The Obverse shows Pope Paul VI which dates this coin to likely between 1963 and 1965. The reverse has “800” beneath the right side of the table. This indicates to me that it is .800 fine silver which also explains the toning which is common on silver coins. It is 21mm in diameter and 4.56 grams. Any info is welcome. Well wishes from Oahu.
