I have something like this. 

Some idea what is it?

 The lettering for anyone who might know: 

OLMASCHIESSEN 1960 · SPORTSCHÜTZEN ST GALLEN OST 

HUGUENIN LE LOCLE 

 Something like that anyway. 

 That lettering gives results for other years as well. 

1962 1974 1965 1966 1963 1954 … 

 with different designs though.
