MAJOR MYSTERY: Asian token with Horse and Sun! [resuelto]

Hi! I've run this token through both the coin and exonumia image search engines with no luck. The token is 24mm in diameter, weighs 5.83g, and appears to be made of brass. Can anyone identify this token, please, or at the very least, does someone know what language the legends are in? Thanks for any information you may be able to provide. Cheers, AY
