Token or coin possibly Hadrian? with Italian instead of Roman?

Coin gurus, what you all think? I highly appreciate any feedback and/or advice.

I was told this was a jousting token found in France.

The two dots on the reverse make me think this was soldered as a pin or maybe for jewelry. Because the legend isn't in the latin language, it is definitely modern, probably a souvenir piece.
