Diameter about 15 mm

material - unknown.

looks like a stone

They have different thickness

Cera was a Belgian savings bank and used to have the sprig as logo. Could not immediately find more info. At least country is known, so can be added to the catalogue.

 

I would also guess it to be zinc …
