Very simple and crude, no date or denomination, and with a hole. I don't think this is a coin - my guess would be a belly dancer token used for ornamentation.
Yes, this thing has no date and has very strange tugra. But I see a first time the silver danser token, and heavy - 2.00 grams. And silver looks like fine, not bilon.
