Hi ,

I have this token here: N#44207

It says that the ones without a privy mark (between his shoulder and the “C” in “Calgary”) are presumably unique patterns. there isn't one on mine, so is it erased? is it simply not unique or that rare? I doubt anyone would go to the trouble of forging this

Just to be sure, can you photograph the back as well?

I don't see anything to suggest it's not authentic.

When the mint is hired to make a token they produce one set of dies. They then make one token for the customers approval or disapproval . If the customer oks the design they then produce the required amount of dies to produce the order.

Your token without privy marks is probably the first token from the first set of dies.
