I heard that, since they were rushed, many of the design elements for the series (and some after) were recycled from other projects, borders, numerals, vignettes, and the like. I read an article somewhere that pointed out various borrowed elements in the various series, but I'm curious about the allegory of Geometry found on the lower notes of the 481 specifically. Not much was mentioned about the lower denominations of the older series.
I have a broad interest in all things military and collect the military and occupation monies as part of that. I was considering picking up some of the items the design elements were borrowed from, for companion pieces, but I'm not finding a lot on the design aspect of the MPCs. I was hoping someone with a broader interest would have the broader knowledge to recognize it. Allegories are a lost art. Few develop the classical knowledge needed to understand them anymore.
